I am not one who enjoys talking about themselves. But photography is one thing I have loved for as long as I can remember. Some day's it is the only thing I feel I know how to do and who I am. And like most photographers I am more comfortable behind the lens than in front. I enjoy all types of photography. I have been very fortunate to have so many experiences in my life involved with Photography. Let me share what I love to do with you.

Wildlife - I love and have a deep respect for nature,  spending time out in the midst of all that is wonderful and beautiful that God made just for us is a truly amazing experience. In all honesty, I trust animals more than humans most of the time. They let you know where you stand right away. If you are patient and respectful, they will allow you into their space and learn to trust you. There are no words to describe what it feels like to look into the eyes and soul of a truly wild animal. People might laugh as I love to talk to the animals. Not like Dr. Doolittle as they really have never talked back, (well a few have, but I really am not at liberty to tell you what they said)  but I feel it is a way for them to see I am not there to hurt them, I am not a predator. Just someone who feels honored to share a few moments with them and capture some precious memories on film.

Landscapes - "Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God" Job 37:14

This is how I feel when I am out taking photos of a beautiful sunset over the majestic mountains or a quiet stream surrounded by fall or spring colors. Its amazing to be one with nature. Capturing on film just the way it was in that moment of time. When I lived in FL, I really did not do that many landscapes. It was a afterthought with a point and shoot. Moving to the Peaceful side of the Smokies, you can't help by look around in amazement of all the wondrous works of God. Spring is all fresh and a new beginning, Summer is hot yet, but lots of life and movement around, Fall, well there is no way to describe all the reds, yellows, oranges, greens popin' all over the place, the crisp cool air and everything just makes you want to smile. Winter there is nothing like it. Watching snow falling quietly in the woods, seeing a field with fresh new fallen snow or listening to the snow crunch under your snow boots. You can go the same place every day and it will be totally different.

Sports - I love the fast aspect of shooting sports. Living in FL, it was fun to go shoot kite boarders or surfers. But my passion is shooting golf tournaments. I was lucky enough to get to take many photos of many celebrity golf tournaments when I lived in Nashville. I have seen some of the greats play like Nancy Lopez, Anika Sorenstam, Si Ri Pak, John Daly and a few others. As well as some of the best country music golfers like Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Marty Roe, Kix Brooks, Mark Wills and many others. It was such a fun time in life.

Entertainment - I love music and so combining two passions was a no brainer. I was able to see and do so much during my years in Nashville. I experienced more than most and got to meet and photograph just about anyone who was anyone or about to be someone during those years. I love the older music and one of my favorite places to shoot was The Grand Ole Opry. I was lucky enough to get to meet so many Opry Members and have gotten so many memorable photos of them over those years. All I can say it was such a fun time in life.

Business Events - Although I would rather be out in nature, I did find I enjoyed the thrill of shooting business events. Capturing something special for someone. It was fun to be apart of some of the events I was able to photograph.

Portraits and Weddings - Well I have to say I enjoy portraits more than weddings. Weddings are very stressful, the light is usually bad, brides are cranky and bossy and you have to get it right the first time, no second chances. You have to make sure everything is perfect. Portraits at least the ones I have done with people have been really fun. Capturing a family reunion, the birth of a child,
